By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Services Provided
Pink’s Bin Cleaning offers residential trash bin cleaning services using high-pressure hot water. Service options include:
One-time bin cleaning
Recurring bin cleaning every 4 weeks
Recurring bin cleaning every 8 weeks
All services are subject to availability and service area coverage.
Customer Responsibilities
By booking a service, you agree to:
Ensure your bins are empty and accessible on the scheduled service day
Provide accurate contact and billing information
Notify us of any service changes, address changes, or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance
Failure to provide access or advance notice may result in a missed service fee.
Billing and Payments
All services must be prepaid or paid via secure billing systems provided at the time of booking. Recurring plans will be billed automatically based on the selected service interval.
We accept credit/debit cards through our secure payment processor. We do not store full card details.
Cancellations and Refunds
One-time Cleanings: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges.
Recurring Plans: You may cancel at any time. Charges already processed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service in cases of weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Text Messaging (SMS) Consent
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS reminders and service updates from Pink’s Bin Cleaning. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Message frequency will depend on your selected service plan.
Limitations of Liability
Pink’s Bin Cleaning is not liable for:
Damage to bins due to pre-existing cracks or manufacturer defects
Missed service due to blocked access or incorrect address information
Delays or interruptions caused by weather, equipment failure, or other uncontrollable circumstances
